Swarovski was the first person to produce a machine which is mainly meant for cutting crystals into fine shape and size. Earlier the crystal cutting was done manually. To reduce this problem the hot fix rhinestones were introduced. These are the Rhinestones which are hot glued to the garments so that they do not come out easily as when they were stitched. But the disadvantage in this technique is that they can not be done for all the cloths. As in silk cloths these can damage the garment hence stitching is the only technique for silk cloths.
